Kelly Lyons

Kelly worked his way up from an entry level sales position to VP of Sales & Marketing for a billion dollar organization in North America and held countless positions on his journey. His ground up experience enables him to model and demonstrate to employees how even small changes in a behavior can have the most sustaining and positive financial impacts on a business.

In addition to his classroom work, speaking engagements and co-authoring of a book titled “The 1% Difference” with his brother Murray, Kelly has been involved in the acquisition of more than seventy businesses preparing those businesses for sale and then supporting both buyers and sellers through the process. Following his corporate experience Kelly has invested the past twenty years helping businesses and their leadership teams take their business to its next level where success has been gained by balancing the entrepreneurial talent of an organization with the best practices of larger organizations to maximize enterprise value.
